Day 16: Earn your rest by preparing for the new day.
YAY rest days!
Today went pretty well, the only minor tweak I made is I put my hands behind my head for “hundreds”, pulling my neck up under its own weight was hurting a bit. I don’t think it made the ab workout any easier or worse, so I’m not worried about it.
I find I really like the Superman Stretches, it works a whole lot of muscles in my back that usually don’t get worked. I feel a lot of burn doing it, but it never feels like a chore to do like other things that cause similar burn (LOOKING AT YOU, SQUATS). More Superman Stretches, please!
