Day 21: Your quest continues and so does your training.
Good shoulder exercises that don’t hurt my shoulders!
So I skipped the push-ups because, yeah. Seeing the “arm raises” and “raised arm circles” worried me. I hadn’t done them yet, and didn’t know how they’d feel.
No problems at all! They remind me of elementary school gym class, but we did a lot fewer then. They’re VERY good exercises for me, I feel a lot of burn when doing them. Like, good muscle burn I haven’t felt in my arms since weightlifting back in college. I kinda miss that.
Weapons’ Practice has “5 minutes of planking throughout the day”, which is plenty doable. Shoulders felt a little weak during it, but nothing bad.
