Day 22: Prove yourself worthy of the allegiance of others.
More push-up-like things means more skipped exercises for me. 🙁
So I’ve determined in the past that anything that involves shifting my weight to one arm, or has movement in the push-up position is too painful, and that eliminates a lot of the exercises today. I did “plank leg raises” and “body saw”, but couldn’t do “plank arm raises” or “up and down planks”. I added on some plank time to try to make up for it, but I don’t feel like it was enough.
Didn’t do the punches “optional subquest”, honestly because I forgot to do them later in the day. Oops.
