I discover a new exercise to hate!
Lots of core stuff today!
Only substitution today was doing crunches instead of “sit-up punches”, still don’t like any “sitting up” actions where my neck isn’t supported.
But pulse ups. PULSE UPS. Those things are awful. My form was awful. Could barely get them out, but I got it done. I need more core strength.
But then YAY superman stretches! Still enjoy those.
