Day 26: True warriors never give up. Endure.
The shoulder movement of burpees does not agree with my shoulders at all. Could be influenced by stressing them out yesterday, but I couldn’t even complete the second set of 5 burpees.
I replaced them with just doing the first half (e.g. squats), and went through 5 sets since it was much easier for me, and did three groups of ten instead of resting after every 5. But yeah, burpees can go take a hike.
