I’m enjoying these “fighting” exercises, the variety and lack of a single “super hard to do” exercise (*cough*BURPEES*cough*) makes it a lot more enjoyable, even though there’s a lot more to do.
Made it through all seven sets, no substitutions! The only “tweak” I did is for the backfists, knee strikes, and elbow strikes I did one of each in turn instead of 20 fists, then 20 knees, etc. Made it more interesting.
This totally means I could take on a bunch of assassins, right? Yeah I think that’s safe to assume.
