Day 28: No time to rest for the wicked. You may not be totally wicked but even your stops have to train your body for the journey ahead.

New exercise, and new muscle group!
Lots of leg focus, with “bridges” and “one legged bridges” appearing for the first time. Bridges were fine, but MAN, one legged bridges really works the hamstrings. Those haven’t yet been worked directly in this whole program, and I could feel it. Didn’t mind it, but very noticeable.
Another day of doing all the exercises!
