Day 8: Your rest time is your charge-up time. Power up the core.
I almost didn’t get up to do the exercises today. I was tired, everything hurt. I felt like if I just got a couple days to let my body heal, I’d be much better able to do the exercises. It’s like I’m falling down a hill – I would be able to walk down if I had my feet under me, but my momentum leads to me falling down more, unable to stop the cycle.
I got up anyway, and I’m glad I did. Today’s a bunch of core exercises, exactly what my legs needed to heal.
My quadriceps were a bit sore from the exercises, but the exercises weren’t really targeting the legs so it wasn’t too bad.
Onward to the next day!
