Day 36: Early morning, pre-breakfast routine
Day mix-up #2. Also oops!
Continuing from yesterday’s mistake, I did the day after yesterday’s exercise, unaware I’d completely left out day 34. This gets fixed tomorrow.
Lots of yoga-ish stretches, went prety well. The “table stretch” didn’t work to well, surprisingly it was my biceps that were holding me back the most. Upward Dog Stretches took way more work than it feels like they should have.
THe 10 Minute Meditation was more annoying than I thought it’d be. I found I can sit up straight, or I can relax, but not both at the same time. My posture is garbage, and my “relaxed” state is hunching over. I know it’s not good for me, and it’s going to take a lot of specific, dedicated work to fix. I’ll have to look into how exactly to accomplish this in the future.
