Day 50: Pull everything you know together.
Mediocre day, was able to do all the exercises. Step-ups are basically “lunge + high knee”, and that + jumping lunges ended up not being fun. I was able to do them though, and the jumping lunges felt like they had a lot better form than last time. But my legs were screaming at me afterward.
No shoulder problems with arm/leg raises or plank rotations, which was a nice surprise.
