Day 52: Find your inner balance.
That was disconcertingly easy.
There’s basically nothing for today.
Blindfolded balance, which went a lot better than last time – I stumbled once after 10 seconds, but didn’t stumble again, and did it for an additional 10 seconds, which means I lasted a full 60 contiguous seconds with balance. A lot better than last time. Still seems weird to be happy about “not falling over”. Yeah, good job.
The rest is nothing. Bridges are trivial (it’s the one-legged bridges that do work), superman stretches, and flutter kicks CAN be a workout, but not for ten of them.
I have a feeling it’s giving me a “break” in anticipation of some increase in exercise at the end of the program. We’ll see what’s coming.
