Day 15: Enemy dragons attack. Fight for the innocent, protect the weak!
Doin it for real this time.
Good news is I did everything I was supposed to; jumping lunges jumped, jumping squats jumped, and pushups pushed.
Bad news is I still only did 5 pushups per set. I did 7 sets, and my wrists were sore throughout. I feel like I still need to build up strength.
This is still miles better than the last time I was on day 15. I’ll take it.
