Thankfully easier core stuff.

Still doing “each side counts as one” for this stuff. I also stopped substituting crunches for things, I figure I need to hold my head up and work whatever muscles are involved in that, instead of just writing it off as “I don’t like doing it.” Did the day with no substitutions at all.
