Day 26: True warriors never give up. Endure.
In which I still manage to screw up Burpees.
I got through three sets of the Burpees, which was a little rough but I made it. THEN I noticed the final picture on the guide – I wasn’t jumping at the end. Oops.
Now that I’m writing the blog about it, I decided to look up their video reference, turns out there’s a pushup in the middle that I wasn’t doing too. Also oops.
They list a “Basic Burpee”, which is what it turns out I was (inadvertently) doing.
I’m inclined to give myself no credit for the day. Yeah it was an honest accident that I wasn’t doing it right, but I left out SO MUCH of the exercise (jumping and pushup), and the exercise was difficult enough as it was that it would’ve impacted my workout significantly.
At least I know for next time.
