Hero’s Journey 2 Day 28: Under the stars

Day 28: No time to rest for the wicked. You may not be totally wicked but even your stops have to train your body for the journey ahead.

Nothing new to say with this batch of exercises that keeps popping up. No problems, one legged bridges are a bit rough, hamstring cramped up on the very first rep. Got through without trouble though.
