Day 30: Heroism is endurance for one moment more.
PLANKS ARE… not as bad as I remember? BUT I STILL HATE WALL-SITS.
Been a while since I tried actual planks, but I made it through two minutes for each of them. I can tell there’s a lot more strength in my core than there was last time, which lets me do more exercises, which lets me make it stronger… Finally I feel like the feedback loop is working in my favor.
Wall-sits still hurt my knees though. There are plenty of other things that exercise my quadriceps, so I’m not feeling very broken up about skimping on those.
