Day 38: Speed makes you harder to fight, difficult to beat.
Last time I did this I suspected I was supposed to do single-arm punches instead of alternating, so I tried that this time. I think that was the right call, my numbers were much closer to the target. High knees weren’t much of a problem, there wasn’t much exhaustion pulling my legs down like there were last time.
