Their goal still feels really easy, but I don’t care! I know this is the right way to count!
It’s so weird comparing how I felt with these to some of the earliest ones. Even at the end of the fourth set I barely had to strain to compete them. My legs are probably the clearest sign of improvement through the exercising.
