Day 49: Go past every limit. Know no boundary.
Note: I accidentally did the days out of order, doing tomorrow’s exercise today. Oops. I’ll be doing day 48 tomorrow.
It’s time I start pushing things with pushups. Instead of setting goals I know I can do, I need to start aiming for things that feel out of my reach and see how close I can get. I set out from the beginning for 15 regular and 10 wide grip, for a total of 175 pushups.
I ALMOST made it through everything. Last set my arms gave out at 10, and I got 3 more out before they gave out again. so I got 17*3* pushups, not 175. I probably should have aimed for more since wide grip are easier than normal, maybe I’ll try 15/15 next time.
Kicks were easy, 100 double kicks doesn’t feel like much after doing 800 three days ago.
