Deleting the savegame and starting from scratch.
So. It’s been a while. Short story is I got lazy for 6 months, and put on 20 pounds. I realized I was putting off exercises again partially because I was putting off writing the epilogue from last time. But this blog should encourage me to exercise, not prevent it, so I’m not going to let that stop me. I may go back at some point later and add it, might not.
Man, I am out of shape. I only did level 1 for the first day, but I still felt it. My legs ached for the rest of the day.
I’m angry at myself for letting everything go. I pissed away months of effort, and now I have absolutely nothing to show for the work I did. I’m back at square one. But I did it before, and I can do it again.
I expect the next two months to go pretty much like the first pass through the program, hopefully without screwing up my shoulders on pushups. So I might end up with a little higher score, but I’m not holding my breath. The important thing is just getting used to exercise again.
